What I'm Cosplaying @AX2015

Hey Guys,

The beginning of this year was crazy but I'm glad it's finally time to sort of sit back and relax a little but as you know and I know with my last post their is lot to do every summer here in the Golden State. Today, I'm going to be talking AX and what I'll be cosplaying there for the Fourth of July weekend. Oh my Meirin or Hong Meiling costume is basically falling apart and I really love cosplaying her so, I might have to find a replacement for her and I wish there was more background on her but she was or still a fan favorite. But since my mom has a vintage sewing machine that has had some maintenance done it so, probably I can learn how use it so make Meiling 2.0.  If your cosplaying a new or less represented Touhou character and are attending AX /Touhou con please tag me on Instagram I would love to see your beloved character. Also, I don't know if I told you guys but I've lost significant amount of weight and I'm able to fit into my Bodyline outfits so I'm really happy about that. As far as anime watching goes right now I'm watching Sailor Moon Crystal and playing catch up with Gurren Lagann and realized all roads lead to Gainix as far as watching these days.

K-Trap List (w/ Honorable Mentions)

Hey Guys,

Nothing new just with busy w/ school but my whole transferring thing is going on so, hopefully I get a chance to talk about it soon in a post. I went to KTMF 2015 I'm going to try to edit it tonight. Okay, so when I'm working on school projects I've also been building and cleaning up my YouTube playlists, which I wish they add back the "counted views-most to least" option. Since the second half of last year Trap music or what I like to call K-Trap has entered the scene with whole 80s look / throw back song beats, which give me life; I have playlist for K-1980s if your interested plus this girl group Rubber Soul are really amazing new rookie group. Anyways, if your not familiar with TRAP Music here is a short summary:

Trap music is a music genre that originated in the early 1990s in the Southern United States. It is typified by its aggressive lyrical content and sound, where the instrumentals are propelled by 808 kick drums or heavy extended sub-bass lines, double-time, triple-time and other faster time division hi-hats, layered synthesizers, and "cinematic" strings.

Basically, TRAP is apart of the EDM genre. Within EDM trap music, songs often have multiple build-ups to "drops" which are characterized by a pounding bass drum in a four on the floor pattern. However, EDM trap music generally deviates from this formula, incorporating drops that utilize heavier, rhythmic bass drum hits that may fall on the offbeats of the beat. This is occasionally used to throw-off the listener's expectations, or create more powerful drops than a typical EDM song might contain. With some recent events I will not include Keith Ape on this list because I feel like people who venture into Hip Hop need to know the origins and respect who made it possible for them to express themselves i.e. if your going contribute/represent the art form, but the song is on the playlist. But I will give him a little credit for collabing / connecting with some of the best underground rappers from Japan and Korea.
