World Music Edition?

I just found out that Just Dance 2015 came out and I was looking through the song selections and I'm a bit disappointed.I guess I'll go buy a X Box one with connect and get DC3 then I guess. But seriously I was hoping they would make a Special Edition Just Dance International/ World Music/Pop World Wide. This is also the main reason why I haven't upgraded to a WiiU but it is definitely Nintendo's year. I feel bad for my Wii (RIP Wii's everywhere). Anyways, this guy makes really go versions of Just Dance K-pop, he just did one for Orange Caramel's recent hits and one of Girl's Days'. And everyone in his comment section says Ubisoft should hire him because he has really good ideas. Now if I could influence any song decisions I would suggest these artists:

Know your Gyaru.

Hey Guys,

I seriously need to stop doing this to myself. But I was on YouTube watching a marathon of Buzzfeed videos and they had one particular one about Japanese subculture styles. Man that video was bomb, I really loved it and of course they asked "What subculture do like you?". This one person said "Moe," I had a FYI moment, Moe is apart of Anime (Akihabara) culture. The only thing I forgot to add with that post (Moe Effect) was the maids saying "Moe Moe Kyun." Anyways, This other person was talking about Ganguro and how Amuro was apart of it. I had another Facepalm moment. When I was trying to shed knowledge on the differences in styles within Gyaru this other person, who was into Kuro-gal thought I was talking about Gyaru as whole but clearly I was talking about Ganguro. Apparently, this is common in english speaking countries, Gyaru is commonly mistaken for Ganguro, but that is actually a subculture of Gyaru. This has made me really want to do more content on Gyaru but thank god school is out plus, I made promise with Lisha that I will get back into it. So, I guess that's my New Years Resolution.

Beauty: Mind, Body, and Soul

This season is all about Resilience which is all about keeping your mind, body, and soul on point.

First, let's start with the mind/soul:

Yoga specifically, Kundalini is a great way to boost your energy and put your mind at ease. Starting with your legs crossed and hands placed on your  thighs, begin to relax and then go into a breathing exercise: Taking shallow breaths for 10-15 seconds, Inhale and exhale rapidly through your nose, keeping your mouth closed but relaxed. Then try these yoga poses for a minute each:
