Sake, Sochu, and Update

 Heys Guys,

Sorry for not posting recently, if you haven't been following my Instagram lately than you don't know that I have been real busy. Also, I'm been working on my bedroom since my bed, and book self were severely broken, so I went to IKEA to get a bigger bed and more storage. On top of that, I had ant infestation due to weird weather we been having in LA these pass 3 months but feng shui mostly got rid of them and boric acid laced with honey/sugar. I still have to edit my KCON stuff and accidentally delete all my photos on my phone :(, thank god for Instagram lol. But right now I'm editing pictures of my friends wedding, I was the main photographer but her family came out with some big guns(cameras/dslr). Who would thought my summer would be this hectic. Anyways this summer sake tasting were happen all over LA, Sake Express look like it had a good turn out this year. But our staple for my ex-boyfriend and I this year was the Sake Shochu Beer Tasting at Doubletree by Hilton in Downtown Los Angeles. This year it was held on a Thursday, so I wasn't able to wear my yukata this year but everyone remembered us. I actually won a price at the raffle which they have every year, last year my ex-boyfriend won a Ponzu bottle but I won dried squid and a case of Chili Ponzu.

Perfume Desu, Yoroshiku onegai shimasu!

I've been having internet issues apparently since June and it's been getting worst, so that's why my I haven't been able to post recently. Anyways, I'm really excited to finally get to see Perfume here in Los Angeles. I went thru phrase of music from around the world from Reggae to Bollywood and I remember watching Spanish channels and seeing these dudes spitting(rapping) before it was cool. But before I got into Perfume around the time I was really into DJ Tiesto, Justice, and Daft Punk, all the house/electrica/remixes now it's just simply called EDM, but all of it was my thang. Then I found Perfume, mind you this was a year before I got into K-pop. The first video I saw was "Polyrhythm," it was different, yet so electronic, then I watch  "Baby Cruising Love" and than "One Room Disco." It inspired me do a Sims 2 version because I was really into Sims 2 and Machinimas and there was or probably still is a huge modding community support us creating and recreating stuff we love.

NEO GAL Shopping List [THE NEW GYARU?]

If you want to learn about NEO GAL follow Alisa Ueno, brand director for FIG&VIPER, on her instagram and tokyogirlsupdate.com just did an interview with her so check it out. I wonder what I should call this post "New GAL List" or "American Underground GAL Wish List" but as you can see what I went with. So what is difference between B-gal and Neo Gal  since they look very similar and flashy, well they are both inspired American style but one focusing on Hip hop culture, which is B-gal. While Neo Gal is completely separate from Gyaru fashion making it a stand alone fashion. What's in a GALS closet now?
