The Best Oils You Need

Hey Subbies,

It has been awhile, hasn't it. I've been working on this post since the beginning of the year hoping to get it out sooner. However, I did a lot of research and tried the best to find all the info I can on these amazing oils. If you're into Oils then you probably heard of Oleic acid and Linoleic acid. These oils play an important role for skin barrier repair (when other fatty acids, lipids, glycerides, sodium and etc are present), Anti Inflammatory (when polyphenols and phospholipids are present), and Antioxidant (when polyphenols, phospholipids  and etc. are present), and wound healing (when polyphenol and lauric acid and etc are  present) effects on the skin. These oils can also consist of Omega 3 and/or 6 all though, Omega 3 is way more important for the body is still good to find oils that contain at least both fatty acids. In addition, Omega-3 deficiency can cause rough, scaly skin and a red, swollen, itchy rashes so it is important also included in our diet. Here is a post all about some of this oil here. Hopefully, this post will be a little straight forward with providing you information if you want to change it up in terms of facial or body or hair oils. I also included if you can pair some of the oils with other acid treatments like AHA/ BHA (Alpha hydroxy acid / Beta Hydroxy Acids (salicylic)) which usually paired with  each other; or Hyaluronic Acid; for maximizing the effectiveness in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improving overall skin texture, and Anti-aging. Don't forget a good sunscreen.
