I really want show you guys my hair stash and wigs that accumulated but every time I plan on doing it I usually end up doing something else. My planning skill suck because I get so tired of doing the same thing after while that usually messes up other things like this. Today since I'm not at home yet so, I'm just gonna use stock picture of wigs and later post up my pictures of them. All my wigs are kanekalon, which I never thought I would own one because when they introduced into the market they were hell of expensive because the quality of the fiber but since it was in such high demand the prices went down. My mom gave me my first wig and ponytail and their both kanekalon.
I use buy my hair from the beauty supply store in neighborhood and usually buy the Milky Way clip-in which are really good quality human hair but can get a bit pricey.
I got really into buying from oversea I usually choose Korea. So, I bought my hair clip-in form colorfulcirlce.com, which was Korean based web shop that went out business but they sold funnywigs, which are hard to come by these days. I actually like the quality and it made my hair look healthier and it actually protected it and made it grow. I store all my clip in those thick plastic hair push buttom slips.
Now, days when I'm just looking for wigs to cosplay in our where to otaku events and buy them from Epiccosplay.com. The company is based here in Santa Ana, California and takes about two to three days to get shipped to my house which is plus plus in my book. The first two wigs are the wigs I ever bought the short is Chronos and the long is called Hera in Dark Brown. Then I bought the Nyx Copper wig for my Mei Hong cosplay from Touhou Project [I need buy another one because it got really tangled but I'm still able wear it but sweated a lot while wearing it so, now it shedding:( ] The Violet-Purple Hestia wing I got for makeshift cosplay because I found this pastel purple Grecian dress and I love it. But store most of wigs the net they came in ziplock bags.
I might as well tell you some future buys I would like to buy...I would like order from Wigisfashion because I've been starring at there wigs wanting buy some. But I would really like to buy blue, pink wig and some other fashion wigs. Also, I really want some more Geo lens.

YUKATA
Well I finally bought Yukata, Obi, and the sandals called Geta. Now buying one ranges from how detailed you want it so about $60 to $100+( I bought my whole set for $100). The shop keeper said that most Japanese women get a dark yukata/kimono that make them stand out and he, said "that it work great for me as well." So, I opt for this really beauty blue kimono and pink flowers(carnations?). Anyways, he showed me how to turn the obi into a cute bow and seriously there a lot of steps and I really happy that this blog/magazine KawaiiKakkoiiSugoi has done these tutorials for first time yukata/kimono wearers (Link). One more thing you don't want to hang up your kimono/yukata, you want store it in a paper brown bag so, light or bugs won't effect it.
But if you just want to practice or to prepare, here what your going to need:
1.) Tank top
2.) Comfy pants/leggings
3.) Yukata/kimono
4.) Obi(short to long /thick)/Tesaki
5.) Geta
6.) Kinchaku(tote drawstring bag)/basket
7.) Hairpins/Elastics and accessories(bejeweled combs, hairsticks, etc)
6.) Fan/Umbrella (optional)
Obi into a Bow
In ancient Japan, hair was to be worn long as rebellion toward China's fashion rules. Long hair was a symbol of honor and success. But as time went on Japanese women began to experiment with there hair with all kinds of different mages, or buns and adding combs and hairsticks to their ever expanding hair but most common women wore there hair pulled back and tied in a ribbon. Modern Japanese females wear their in either up-dos, half up-dos or just opt for nice big curly wing for the GAL at heart.

Teuroteu [Trot]
Don't confuse this genre with PSY pony dance Gangnam Style because there on two very different levels when comes to K-pop. Trot, one of my favorite genres and one of the oldest. I first encounter it was when I first start listening to Kpop back in late 08' and early 09' which was revived back from it 70's, 80's, and the 90's. I first heard it when T-ARA did a collab with Davichi and Seeya, and of course Jewelry, and I also heard in some K-drama at that time. It is very interesting mix of European and Asian beats due to the selection of instruments which gave an old soviet Russian feel when the chorus was back by a group of singers.
So, what is Trot?
Trot (teuroteu) or sometimes called ppongjjak due to its distinctive background rhythm, is a recognized as the oldest genre of Korean pop music. Formulated during the Japanese rule in the early 1900s, the genre has been influenced by Japanese, Western and Korean musical elements. Also, the genre has adopted different names, such as yuhaengga, ppongtchak, and most recently t’urotu (trot). The name derives from a shortening of "foxtrot", a ballroom dance which influenced the simple two-beat of elements of the genre. Trot music is described as two-beat rhythm or duple rhythm, traditional seven-five syllabic stanzas, and unique vocal style called Gagok, which is a mixed of female and male vocals which has a very old European (Soviet Russian) with an Asian twist. Most used instruments in Trot are percussion instruments and accordion. While the genre’s popularity declined during the 1990s, most recently, it has been subject to revivals by contemporary South Korean pop artists such as Jang Yoon Jeong and BIGBANG member Daesung.

Popular Classic
Jang Yun-jeong exploded into fame at the beginning of 2005 with her single "Eomeona!" ("Oh my goodness!"). Although in her 20s, she has decided to stick with a genre mainly appealing to older Koreans.
Trot Collaborations
Seeya in May of 2009, formed a project group with Davichi and T-ara to release the single "Women's Generation/Eternal Love." On June 8, 2009 "Women's Generation" had topped the Korean mobile charts for four consecutive weeks and was ranked #4 in mobile downloads for 2009. Then SeeYa teamed up with Davichi and T-ara again for the release of the song "Wonder Woman" in January 2010.
Popular Solo
Daesung of Big Bang released his debut trot single "Nal Bwa Gwisoon" ("Look at Me, Gwisun") in 2008. In the midst of Big Bang's break in early 2009, Daesung released his second trot single in early 2009, titled "Daebakiya" ("Big Hit").
Rookie Groups
GLAM a.k.a Girls be Ambitious released on March 15, GLAM made their second comeback of the year with "In Front of the Mirror." This song is nice and interesting mesh of hip hop and salsa beat but it very underrated song due the nature of the video.
Popular Groups
Super Junior T the second official sub-group of South Korean boy band Super Junior. They are the first idol group known for capitalizing trot music, the oldest form of Korean pop music. Super Junior-T formed in 2007 and contains six Super Junior members, the leader Leeteuk, Heechul, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk. The single "Rokuko" was Korea's sixteenth best-selling record and the number one best-selling single of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea.
Popular Internet Favorite
On February 17, 2009, Seohyun of SNSD (Girls Generation) sang a duet with trot singer Joo Hyun-mi called "JjaRaJaJja." The song earned a nomination at the 2009 M.net Asian Music Awards for Trot Music of the Year.
Fun Fact: An article published in the Chosunilbo in 2010 reported the South Korean government use of trot music as a propaganda tool against North Korea. Over 184 songs from artists such as Na Hoon-A, Jang Yoon Jeong and Park Hyun-bin, were broadcasted through FM radio programs targeting North Korean soldiers. Additionally, it is historically known that North and South Korea have been engaged in a radio-based propaganda war since the 1960s. I hope this expanded your horizons about K-pop or Asian music in general and open your mind to what South Korean Music has to offer in terms of music, art, and culture. Here is a Playlist I made if you're interested in hearing some K-Trot. also there is segment in my favorite Korean Comedy Show GAG Concert, here you can see a k-idol group perform one of their songs with a trot twist.
