Low-cal hirsutism diet

Just wanted to make a list for losing weight by lowering sign of  hirsutism with a custom diet and for others out their who suffer with this condition. When estrogen levels are low and can really effect are mood and even cause depression and this also is same too for males that have low testosterone can make them depress or moody. But today's focus is boosting your estrogen levels with low calorie diet that is known to help lower the symptoms of hirsutism. But doesn't hurt after about 60-90 days(this how long it take for hormones to stabilize) to add your favorite vegetable or fruit that does boost your testosterone or estrogen levels ever once in a while. If you decide to go vegan this also help to balance out hormones but for about 30 days is just fine to go without meat because the diet can make you a little weak if your not use to it. Also staying away from processed sugars and salt especially when your out and about and decide to buy a diet-aspartame-caffeinated soda instead of ordering ice tea, tea, water with lemon, and freshly squeezed lemonade/orange juice. If your trying to lose weight here is what you can do since, women have calorie cap at around 1800-2000 cal. so, about after month you want slowly bring it down 1500-1200 and then at the third month 1000 this with injunction of 30-60 min work out (20-30 minute: 5min. stretch, 10-20 min. cardio/run and 5min. cool down/ double it up for the 60 minute). About My Wigs...

I really want show you guys my hair stash and wigs that accumulated but every time I plan on doing it I usually end up doing something else. My planning skill suck because I get so tired of doing the same thing after while that usually messes up other things like this. Today since I'm not at home yet so, I'm just gonna use stock picture of wigs and later post up my pictures of them. All my wigs are kanekalon, which I never thought I would own one because when they introduced into the market they were hell of expensive because the quality of the fiber but since it was in such high demand the prices went down. My mom gave me my first wig and ponytail and their both kanekalon.

I use buy my hair from the beauty supply store in neighborhood and usually buy the Milky Way clip-in which are really good quality human hair but can get a bit pricey.

I got really into buying from oversea I usually choose Korea. So, I bought my hair clip-in form, which was Korean based web shop that went out business but they sold funnywigs, which are hard to come by these days. I actually like the quality and it made my hair look healthier and it actually protected it and made it grow. I store all my clip in those thick plastic hair push buttom slips.

[Hairextensions] D. Brown 9-piece wave                    [Hair extensions] Black 9 piece straight hair

Now, days when I'm just looking for wigs to cosplay in our where to otaku events and buy them from The company is based here in Santa Ana, California and takes about two to three days to get shipped to my house which is plus plus in my book. The first two wigs are the wigs I ever bought the short is Chronos and the long is called Hera in Dark Brown. Then I bought the Nyx Copper wig for my Mei Hong cosplay from Touhou Project [I need buy another one because it got really tangled but I'm still able wear it but sweated a lot while wearing it so, now it shedding:( ] The Violet-Purple Hestia wing I got for makeshift cosplay because I found this pastel purple Grecian dress and I love it. But store most of wigs the net they came in ziplock bags.

Well I finally bought Yukata, Obi, and the sandals called Geta. Now buying one ranges from how detailed you want it so about $60 to $100+( I bought my whole set for $100). The shop keeper said that most Japanese women get a dark yukata/kimono that make them stand out and he, said "that it work great for me as well." So, I opt for this really beauty blue kimono and pink flowers(carnations?). Anyways, he showed me how to turn the obi into a cute bow and  seriously there a lot of steps and I really happy that  this blog/magazine KawaiiKakkoiiSugoi has done these tutorials for first time yukata/kimono wearers (Link). One more thing you don't want to hang up your kimono/yukata, you want store it in a paper brown bag so, light or bugs won't effect it.

But if you just want to practice or to prepare, here what your going to need:
1.) Tank top

2.) Comfy pants/leggings

3.) Yukata/kimono

4.) Obi(short to long /thick)/Tesaki

5.) Geta

6.) Kinchaku(tote drawstring bag)/basket

7.) Hairpins/Elastics and accessories(bejeweled combs, hairsticks, etc)

6.) Fan/Umbrella (optional)

Now your set so here is where the challenge begins...

Obi into a Bow

In ancient Japan, hair was to be worn long as rebellion toward China's fashion rules. Long hair was a symbol of honor and success. But as time went on Japanese women began to experiment with there hair with all kinds of different mages, or buns and adding combs and hairsticks to their ever expanding hair but most common women wore there hair pulled back and tied in a ribbon. Modern Japanese females wear their in either up-dos, half up-dos or just opt for nice big curly wing for the GAL at heart.

Here are some tutorials  and biosusume (she make best up-do tutorial) on how to do hair for matsuri or outdoor events.

Teuroteu [Trot]

Don't confuse this genre with PSY pony dance Gangnam Style because there on two very different levels when comes to K-pop. Trot, one of my favorite genres and one of the oldest. I first encounter it was when I first start listening to Kpop back in late 08' and early 09' which was revived back from it 70's, 80's, and the 90's. I first heard it when T-ARA did a collab with Davichi and Seeya, and of course Jewelry, and I also heard in some K-drama at that time. It is very interesting mix of European and Asian beats due to the selection of instruments which gave an old soviet Russian feel when the chorus was back by a group of singers.

So, what is Trot?

Trot (teuroteu) or sometimes called ppongjjak due to its distinctive background rhythm, is a recognized as the oldest genre of Korean pop music. Formulated during the Japanese rule in the early 1900s, the genre has been influenced by Japanese, Western and Korean musical elements. Also, the genre has adopted different names, such as yuhaengga, ppongtchak, and most recently t’urotu (trot). The name derives from a shortening of "foxtrot", a ballroom dance which influenced the simple two-beat of elements of the genre. Trot music is described as two-beat rhythm or duple rhythm, traditional seven-five syllabic stanzas, and unique vocal style called Gagok, which is a mixed of female and male vocals which has a very old European (Soviet Russian) with an Asian twist. Most used instruments in Trot are percussion instruments and accordion. While the genre’s popularity declined during the 1990s, most recently, it has been subject to revivals by contemporary South Korean pop artists such as Jang Yoon Jeong and BIGBANG member Daesung.

Best Sexy Trot songs

Jewelry 2009 hit "One More Time" featuring  Baby J, Eunjung, Seo In Young and Park Jung-Ah and reaching the No. 1 spot on MBC's Music Core and KBS's Music Bank, two weeks after the song's debut. The single has also achieve success online, topping the charts of various music websites, including Melon, Dosirak, Bugs Music,, Muz and Juke On."One More Time" became the most successful single of Jewelry to date, staying on the no.1 spot for 7 weeks in a row on MBC's Music Core and KBS's Music Bank.

LPG a.k.a Lovely Pretty Girls' Ga Yeon, Eun Byul, Su Yun, Semi, and Yu Mi in the summer of 2010 after multiple member changes, they came out with "Doorbell of Love." In March 2011, they released the single and music video for "Angry", the Korean version of Yolanda Be Cool's "We No Speak Americano".

Popular Classic

Jang Yun-jeong exploded into fame at the beginning of 2005 with her single "Eomeona!"  ("Oh my goodness!"). Although in her 20s, she has decided to stick with a genre mainly appealing to older Koreans.

Trot Collaborations

Seeya in May of 2009, formed a project group with Davichi and T-ara to release the single "Women's Generation/Eternal Love." On June 8, 2009 "Women's Generation" had topped the Korean mobile charts for four consecutive weeks and was ranked #4 in mobile downloads for 2009. Then SeeYa teamed up with Davichi and T-ara again for the release of the song "Wonder Woman" in January 2010.

Popular Solo

Daesung of Big Bang released his debut trot single "Nal Bwa Gwisoon" ("Look at Me, Gwisun") in 2008.  In the midst of Big Bang's break in early 2009, Daesung released his second trot single in early 2009, titled "Daebakiya" ("Big Hit").

Rookie Groups

GLAM a.k.a Girls be Ambitious released on March 15, GLAM made their second comeback of the year with "In Front of the Mirror." This song is nice and interesting mesh of hip hop and salsa beat but it very underrated song due the nature of the video.

Popular Groups

Super Junior T the second official sub-group of South Korean boy band Super Junior. They are the first idol group known for capitalizing trot music, the oldest form of Korean pop music. Super Junior-T formed in 2007 and contains six Super Junior members, the leader Leeteuk, Heechul, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk. The single "Rokuko" was Korea's sixteenth best-selling record and the number one best-selling single of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea.

Popular Internet Favorite
On February 17, 2009, Seohyun of SNSD (Girls Generation) sang a duet with trot singer Joo Hyun-mi called "JjaRaJaJja."  The song earned a nomination at the 2009 Asian Music Awards for Trot Music of the Year.

Fun Fact: An article published in the Chosunilbo in 2010 reported the South Korean government use of trot music as a propaganda tool against North Korea. Over 184 songs from artists such as Na Hoon-A, Jang Yoon Jeong and Park Hyun-bin, were broadcasted through FM radio programs targeting North Korean soldiers. Additionally, it is historically known that North and South Korea have been engaged in a radio-based propaganda war since the 1960s. I hope this expanded your horizons about K-pop or Asian music in general and open your mind to what South Korean Music has to offer in terms of music, art, and culture. Here is a Playlist I made if you're interested in hearing some K-Trot. also there is segment in my favorite Korean Comedy Show GAG Concert, here you can see a k-idol group perform one of their songs with a trot twist.

Asian Skincare Must Haves

I was trying to continue this post but I accidentally push the button trying to close another window because the internet was really slow. Anyways, I made a list of really great skincare lines for all types of skin. The most Popular to the simplest. Asians, particularly Japan and Korean are known for being the snow whites of the east or the fairest of them all. But since the global industrialization it has been hard to find natural products to treat and protect are skin from the elements, but so far Asians have keep there products natural for many centuries and have become huge in popularity over in the State these pass few years. They take great care in what they eat because your insides must be taken care of first before it can show on the outside, so drink lots of H2O and getting O2 through exercise is important even a change of diet can be a huge helpful boost to getting that baby smooth skin. Here are some good diet choices: may-day-challenge and eat foods in season. Taking vitamins like A, D, C,  and E are great to prompt healthy skin production, protection, and healing.

Best buy Cleanser, Exfoliator, and Sun protection is the Shiseido Perfect whip cleansing Foam, the Cure Exfoliator and Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection for the basic skincare protection.

Oily skin
Is caused by over-active sebaceous glands, that produce a substance called sebum, a naturally healthy skin lubricant. When the skin produces excessive sebum, it becomes heavy and thick in texture. Oily skin is typified by shininess, blemishes and pimples. The oily-skin type is not necessarily bad, since such skin is less prone to wrinkling, or other signs of aging, because the oil helps to keep needed moisture locked into the epidermis (outermost layer of skin).
The negative aspect of the oily-skin type is that oily complexions are especially susceptible to clogged pores, blackheads, and buildup of dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. Oily skin can be sallow and rough in texture and tends to have large, clearly visible pores everywhere, except around the eyes and neck. [Water based products will work best for these skin types]

Laniege: Basic Care, Pore and Water bank Lines

  •  LANEIGE skincare products incorporate the power of Water Science technology to moisten your skin. Its exclusive water pump system supplies high-density water to the skin deeply like a fresh water pump.

JUJU Aquamoist

  • Hyaluronic acidhas reliable moisturing effect which is capable of holding about 6 liters of water by 1g. Hyaluronic acid of JUJU AQUAMOIST guarantees superb moisturizing effect under any circomestance. It covers the skin, just as the natural barrier sebum does, to maintain the skin moisture and keeps the skin soft and elastic throughout the day.

Combination skin
Combination skin occurs when two or more different skin types occur on your face at the same time. Typically,  some parts of your face are dry or flaky, while the center part of your face, nose, chin, and forehead (called the T-zone) is oily. Combination skin can also describe conditions where wrinkles and breakouts or rosacea and dry skin are present at the same time. [Gel-based or mild foaming cleanser will work best for this skin type]

Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing line
  • Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing range contains Super Hyaluronic Acid that lastingly hydrates and nourishes the skin for smooth, radiant and crystal-clear skin. It creates a moisture locking shield to help preserve skin’s optimum moisture balance.

Dry skin
Ordinarily, dry skin isn't serious, but it can be uncomfortable and unsightly, turning plump cells into shriveled ones and creating fine lines and wrinkles.
Serious dry skin conditions; an inherited group of disorders called ichthyosis;  can sometimes be disfiguring, causing psychological distress. Fortunately, most dry skin results from environmental factors that can be wholly or partially controlled. These include exposure to hot or cold weather with low humidity levels and excessive bathing.
Chronic or severe dry skin problems may require a dermatologist's evaluation. But first you can do a lot on your own to improve your skin, including using moisturizers, bathing less and avoiding harsh, drying soaps.[Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize...Oil based products are great  to help lock in moisture]

 Sana Tonyu Isofurabon line

  • Soft plump skin. Moisture and elasticity increased by 2-fold because of concentrated soy milk fermentation liquid.
